Location in a downtown area. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Bourbon County, set within 5 minutes walk or so. We took a queen room and it had climate control, coffee and tea making facilities...

Good choice for exploring Hot Springs. Pool view was worthy. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals.

The location in the middle of Hot Springs was great. There were walking paths nearby.
The property needed some care and attention. The air conditioners had recently been replaced, but everything else was tired, old. and not maintained. We had to ask the manager to unlock the pool in the morning, he came out and skimmed it, but did not bother to pick up the used towels lying around or bring fresh towels. The breakfast was waffles, bagels with no cream cheese, a loaf of bread and a box of cereal.

They were friendly
When eating breakfast the power that the waffle iron was plugged into kept loosing connection in the extension cord so it would shut they would have to come turn it back on so my waffle was not completely done

Location is great.
WiFi was pretty minimal. New AC and the curtain had to be crunched up on the AC unit as it was not changed after the AC was put in.

Over priced ... older motel .... sagging beds.... poor breakfast ( no real fresh items .. bread did not seem fresh ) Coffe was good !
